Yoga is an ancient system of self improvement, designed to integrate the body, mind and spirit through the discipline of asana (postures), deep breathing and relaxation.

The practice of yoga keeps the body strong, young and flexible by strengthening the skeletal and muscular systems. Asana helps improve circulation, respiration and digestion. Asana practice aids in coordination and balance and helps reduce anxiety and mental fatigue.
In addition to its physical and mental benefits, Yoga has the capacity to move the student towards greater self awareness, tolerance and wisdom, providing a foundation for a more peaceful, balanced and fulfilling life.
